Streets sans lights a threat to motorists

VISAKHAPATNAM: Non-functioning streetlights are posing a threat to people, particularly motorists, in many parts of the city. In the last one year, two people died in separate accidents on the Sheila Nagar to Airport Road stretch because of lack of lighting on the streets, according to Gajuwaka traffic circle inspector T Trinadh.
