VISAKHAPATNAM: Advertisement hoardings may be helping brands and companies rake in the moolah, but for Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) they are proving to be a major headache. Most of the advertisements, including those of prominent brands, splashed across hoardings at various places in the Port City are not only openly flouting the norms of the Advertisements Act but have also failed to shell out tax due to the GVMC.
