VISAKHAPATNAM: V Srinivasa Rao (name changed), a class IV employee of Andhra University, has been waiting for the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) to issue a corrected birth certificate of his grandson which is urgently needed for applying for a passport.
